Ingredients: 3 eggs, half a glass of oil (90 grams), three quarters of a glass of milk (160 grams).

2- Separate the yolk from the white.
3- Mix the yolk, oil and milk well.
4- While the mixer is on, gradually add Shahsavand cake powder to the mixture and mix until a uniform dough is obtained.
5- Beat the egg white in a separate container with a high speed mixer so that it becomes a white foam and does not separate if the container is turned over.
6- Add the egg white to the dough and mix quickly with a spatula.
7- Grease the mold and pour the uniform mixture into the mold.
8- Place the mold in the oven and after 45 minutes the cake is ready.
