Saffron

Saffron or edible saffron (scientific name: Crocus sativus) is a genus of irises, a genus of saffron that is cheerful and is now used by some European pharmaceutical companies as an anti-depressant integrator. Saffron cultivation is common in Iran, especially in Torbat-e Heydariyeh, Taybad, Bakhrez and Gonabad counties in Khorasan Razavi province and Ghaen, Bajestan, Ferdows, Sarayan and Birjand counties in South Khorasan province and recently in Fars and Kerman provinces.
